Shell Global Helpline
Through the Shell Global Helpline, employees and stakeholders can raise concerns and report instances of potential violations of our values and principles.
To ensure we are aware of and respond to all suspected violations, the Shell Business Integrity department manages the Shell Helpline for sonnen and contracts NAVEX Global, an independent company that receives information and complaints about potential violations of laws, regulations, the Shell Code of Conduct, and the SGBP via internet and telephone lines.
Reports received via the Shell Helpline are forwarded to authorized individuals within the Shell Group who ensure they are handled professionally and confidentially. Reporters are asked to provide their identity so that their inquiry or concern can be addressed as effectively as possible, but anonymous reports will also be processed. The Helpline is available to Shell customers, suppliers, partners, consultants, and employees.
What is the Shell Global Helpline?
Through the Global Helpline, Shell employees and other individuals can confidentially raise concerns or dilemmas, or seek advice on matters related to compliance with laws, our Shell General Business Principles (SGBP), and the Code of Conduct, without fear of retaliation.
Who can use the Shell Global Helpline?
The Shell Global Helpline is for all Shell employees and contract staff, as well as third parties with whom Shell has a business relationship (e.g., customers, suppliers, representatives), if they observe misconduct by a Shell company or employee.
Access to the Shell Global Helpline and further background information can be found here.
The Shell Global Helpline is not intended for complaints or customer service inquiries.
