Legal Notice Obligation for the Conciliation Body
Energie sonnen eServices is obliged, in accordance with § 111 a EnWG, to respond to complaints from consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB, especially regarding contract conclusion or the quality of services related to connection to the supply network, energy supply, or metering, within a period of four weeks from receipt. For this purpose, the customer can contact the sonnen eServices hotline, or get in touch with sonnen eServices by email or letter. Consumer complaints should be addressed to sonnen eServices GmbH, Am Riedbach 1, 87499 Wildpoldsried, Fax: +49 8304 92933.401, E-Mail: energie@sonnen.de.
If a consumer complaint is not resolved, the customer can appeal to the Energy Conciliation Board in accordance with § 111 b EnWG. The contact details of the Conciliation Board are: Schlichtungsstelle Energie e.V., Friedrichstraße 133, 10117 Berlin, info@schlichtungsstelle-energie.de, https://www.schlichtungsstelle-energie.de. This does not affect the customer's right to appeal to the ordinary courts.
